BOOKENDS is a Bangladesh-based bookstore offering a wide range of local and imported books. We operate both online and in-store, with delivery provided nationwide via RedX Courier.

Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or system faults.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Orders are typically confirmed within 24 hours of placement (excluding holidays).
Once confirmed, you’ll receive order and shipping details via SMS or email.
Book availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
Orders placed after 05:00 PM are considered next-day orders and will be queued for processing the following business day.
Delivery Policy
We deliver across Bangladesh using RedX Courier.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or outside of Bangladesh.
Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not our responsibility but we will assist you in tracking or resolving issues promptly.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of in-store purchase or 10 days of online delivery.
Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned product.
Non-returnable items include:
Digital books or subscriptions
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items
Imported/special-order books (unless damaged)
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
